We are a growing private practice specializing in adults with neurological conditions, including Parkinson's disease, stroke, primary progressive aphasia, dementia, dysphagia, voice and similar disorders. Our mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care that helps people maintain independence, dignity, and meaningful connections.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat adults with communication, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practice.
  • Educate and support patients and caregivers.
  • Collaborate with physicians, rehabilitation professionals, and community providers.
  • Complete timely documentation.
  • Help us continue building a practice known for compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current Oregon SLP license (or eligible for licensure).
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience or interest in adult neurological rehabilitation.
  • Preference for SPEAK OUT! certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to lifelong learning and patient-centered care.
